If you live far from your family & friends and, if you just want to show off your perfect new baby a birth announcement is a great way to introduce your newborn.

You can either do something simple yourself by copying something on Pinterest or you can use a photo website with premade layouts.

If you’ve already decided what you want before your baby is born then, you won’t have to stress about picking a birth announcement after they’re born.

2.Talk to veteran moms:

There are all kinds of things about new motherhood that, for whatever reason, sometimes remain taboo subjects – leaking pee the baby blues, etc.

You won’t have the same experience as your friends and, finding out about certain things ahead of time can reduce the shock factor.

So ask your mom friends for the real deal.

For example, there’s a myth behind it that bonding should happen right away.

That’s not true for everyone.

Finding honest people who are willing to share their experiences can help you adjust your expectations is your Mom.

The prospect of giving birth may be daunting, and you may be tempted to put it all out of your mind until it happens practically.

In my experience, women who learn about birth are ahead of time and are more active participants in their own birth process, which leads to better outcomes.

You can take help from the Internet, Health Journal or some childbirth-related videos.

4.Pregnancy Diet:

God mark thee to His grace!

Thou was the prettiest baby that ever I nursed.

And might I live to see thee married once and, I have my wish. – By William Shakespeare

In either of those cases you’re dealing with a nutritional deficiency, so call your doctor right away for medical intervention.

Remember you only need an extra 300 calories and additional 15-20 gms of protein daily in the 2nd and 3 rd trimester during pregnancy.

Your plate should consist: 50% fruits ,vegetables (little or no oil), 25% whole grains, and 25% lean protein.

Limit your oil intake up to 4 tsp/ day.

Make sure you consume daily a dairy product in each of the 3 major meals and choose healthy snacks in between.

It is extremely important to stay well hydrated.

5.Conclusion-

Some important points I am going to high light you, please remember these.

5.1. Stop Working:

Most women can safely work right through to the end of Pregnancy but check with your doctor. Some choose to work until they go into the labor room.

In order to maximize the amount of time, they’re able to spend with the baby.

If that time pressure isn’t a factor for you, it’s nice to have a week or so before the birth to pull everything together.

5.2.Sleep and Eat:

Sleep and Eat ... healthy-myself.com

Sleep and Eat https://healthy-myself.com/

The most common symptom of pregnancy is exhaustion. Sleep now, unapologetically.

In between naps you and may find yourself muttering questions like, “Why does the stench of oatmeal make me throw up but eating a hunk of cheese as big as an apple seems like a good idea?”

5.3.what to do when labor starts:

Long before the first contractions hit then, you’ll want a firm plan in place about who to call and, where to go & when to leave.

Your healthcare provider should give you a clear and set of guidelines on what to do when you go into labor like when to call.

And when to switch for the hospital or birth center.

Decide who will accompany you, and have a few back-ups just in case.

You can get a handle on these logistics and by taking a tour of your hospital or birth center.

On the tour, you’ll also learn about basic policies and see the labor rooms and nursery room also.

Plan the parking spot and route of entrance & exit.

5.4. Pick a pediatrician:

If you don’t have a pediatrician for older children, it might be a good time to look for a pediatrician.

Ask friends, look online at websites and see if your hospital has contracts with any local offices.

It’s much easier to have this done before and plan to your baby because you don’t want to be at the hospital holding your perfect little baby.

So it’s definitely worth looking into. You also don’t want to get to your first appointment.

And find out your doctor is very friendly or not and doesn’t have patience with your many questions from your first week home.

5.5. Who will attend the birth:

Who Will Attend The Birth ... healthy-myself.com
Who Will Attend The Birthhttps://healthy-myself.com/

This is a very personal decision.

Some moms like a full room, including their partner, a friend or two, their mom, and their mother-in-law present to witness the miracle of birth and provide support.

It can also be helpful to designate a “family spokesperson” ahead of time – that is, someone who can send emails and make phone calls to let everyone know when your baby arrives.
